In the early 2000's I worked at global Search Engine as a senior business strategy manager helping Fortune 500 companies, top ecommerces businesses and agencies grow with lucrative segments of search traffic. Later the company employees awarded me the LookSmart Gold award for recognition. My campaign to win the award was led by my supervisor and mentor Christy Hadzick. Christy later developed Beach Body marketing after winning a LookSmart Gold award herself. Observing Christy as the natural department strategic pit boss leader was exceptional.

In 2007 Liberty Media Company hired me as the omnichannel business marketing manager for Shari's Berries which I grew from less than 10 million a year in revenue to over 100 million a year in revenue.
