I envision power shining like pure light onto people of all diversity. In the vanguard, I seek to empower people of all communities—where collaborating through beliefs and biases brings us together and makes us more powerful.

Working together we can overcome bias and waste and become more effective through the refining of our collective beliefs.
I have been a lifeguard trainer, a snowmaker trainer, and a search instructor who furthered into business growth success, and I’ve transformed into a trainer of future business decision makers.
I’ve worked with a person from Somolia named Mohammed, a Siddhartha from India, and a devout Christian in the United States—it has been and will continue to be the higher common purposes of economy, fellowship and scale that brings us together in harmony.
As we lead, let us apply the right prescriptive treatment in the moment for the situation at hand. Let us build together the language that will code our solutions. Regardless of how we may have been treated or how we may wish we had been treated, let us rise to administer the right sized treatments in context to their remedy for the situation at hand. We’ll follow the methodologies and processes of institution built on self evident and collective truth.
